Jacco and Cees (a Dutch couple) are the owners of Le cuisinier en Combraille. Starting in 2005, they made Le cuisinier into a haven of well-being in the middle of the hilly Combraille landscape.
Jacco is Le Cuisinier.
Jacco did the cookery school, secondary school and became a florist. Decorated among others the Amstel Hotel (Amsterdam) and Hotel des Indes (The Hague) and the Amsterdam Casino. Does not want to be called a professional cook, but always has been a passionate amateur chef. Jacco loves to cook for the guests and is always up for something new. The owner of Le Cuisinier en Combraille devises the menus, chooses the dishes taking the palate of tastes and the visual aspect as a starting point and ensures availability of the proper fresh ingredients.

Cees is an engineer. After Technical College went to work in information technology (IBM), training and management. For Cees cooking was a late call. At home Jacco and Cees often prepare dishes together, but Cees likes to leave the creative cookery to Jacco. Cees´s tasks at Le Cuisinier en Combraille include cooking technology. publicity, entourage, etiquette and that there´s always plenty of wine to drink.
