Our B&B Services:
Children: Because of the importance we give to peace and quiet and gastronomic enjoyment for our clients, we consider a stay with Le cuisinier en Combraille advisable for adults and families with children over 8 years of age.
Payment: Your credit card details details are required to guarantee your stay. Your card can be charged 72 hours before the date of your stay to the amount of the first night of your stay. If you book by telephone or by e-mail, we will ask you to prepay 50% of the amount of the reservation.
Cancelation: You can cancel your reservation free of charge until 72 hours (3 days) before the date of your stay. If cancelled within the 72 hours period the rate of the first night of your stay will be charged to your credit card. If you do not show the date of your first day booked, your reservation will be canceled and your credit card will be charged the full amount of your reserved stay. You can cancel by mail, E-mail, or telephone confirmed by E-mail.
Tourist tax: Persons under the age of 18 are exempt from payment of tourist tax. For any other person a tourist tax of € 0.75 will be charged per person per night. Local taxes are not included in our rates.
Charging your electric car: To charge your electric car, we ask you to reserve a parking space for a small fee with the possibility to charge. (only 2 available) On departure you will find the cost of the electricity consumed on your bill.
Extra bed: Extra beds (max. 1) are only available upon request and must be confirmed by the establishment. The rate for an extra bed is € 22, – per night, including breakfast.
Pets : Pets are welcome on request (max. 2 per room) on the condition that they are friendly and well behaved. Your animals can not be bothersome for other guests. Outside your room your pet should always be on a lead. A supplement of € 8, – per night applies for each pet.
Smoking : All our buildings, rooms and common areas are Non-Smoking. Smoking is only allowed outside.
Food and Drink:
Hygiene : For your hygiene and safety it is forbidden to store food, to picnic or to prepare food in the rooms or on the terraces. A special picnic table is available in the garden.
Breakfast : A French Continental Breakfast is included in the room rate and is served at your table from 8 am to 10:15 am. You can order additional items from our menu to personalise and expand your breakfast.
Evening Dinner:
Every night a gourmet 3 course dinner is served at 7:30 PM in our dining room. You are advised, if you so wish, to order the dinner for the evening of your arrival in advance. For consecutive evenings you can reserve on site. The rate for dinner is € 34 per person, excl. drinks. For children 8 – 13 years of age we propose a 3 course children´s menu at € 16. Your timely reservation ensures availability. Should you want to reserve your dinner on the first night with your reservation of the room, please mention that in the free text on the next page. In that case please add the following information: First names of everybody in your group, your dietary requirements. You can also reserve your dinner via E-mail at a later date. In case you cannot arrive in time for the dinner, please let us know by telephone, and we will try to accommodate you at the hour of your arrival.
Picnic luncheon:
Lunch can be ordered in the form of a picnic basket, which you can take with you on your walks or touristic visits. Please order you picnic on site on the evening before.
