-Reservation Master is our back office system for the daily management of overnight stays, consumptions and services. Invoices are created via this system. Personal data may be copied from eviivo in Reservation Manager. Reservation Master is an inhouse system, not available via the Internet. The reservation Master database is encrypted secured in the cloud through Microsoft OneDrive.
-If you give us permission, your E-mail address (up to 2 times a year) can be used for promotional purposes of ‘ Le cuisiier and Combraille ‘.
How long we keep personal information
Le Cuisinier and Combraille does not keep your personal data any longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the goals for which your data is collected. We apply the following retention periods for the following personal data:

-Credit card number > 1 year > Once a year, all credit card numbers in Reservation Master of the previous year will be cleared. Xotelia clears your credit card numbers immediately after your visit (or as soon as possible).
